"Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts.
Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts.
Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me...
Anything can happen, child. Anything can be."
― Shel Silverstein
When I was growing up, my sister and I had so
much fun playing with our mother that when she told us she had to stop
playing and go do some chores, we begged our mom, "Wouldn't you rather
play with us than clean the house?" When our mom explained that she had
work to do and couldn't play with us all day long, my sister replied, "I
wish we had three mommies--one to play with us, one for Daddy, and one to
do all the other stuff."
As humorous as the idea of having three mothers may at first seem, there
actually is some basis for the notion that more than one mother exists. At
this time when a majority of physicists recently polled stated that they
believe everything--including you and me--exists in a superposition of
states, there’s never been a better opportunity to acknowledge
the possibility that we are traveling between parallel worlds.
Imagine that right now you exist in a number of possible realities. In one
possible reality you might be taking a nap, while in another you are doing
housework, in yet another you are tending a garden, in still yet another
you are talking with a friend, and in other realities you are cooking a
meal or reading these words. These other possible you's go unobserved by
you, other than as figments of your imagination at times when you recognize
moments where you considered doing something different--like phone a
friend--but decided not to.
When we observe reality shifts in which we suddenly notice something has
appeared, disappeared, transformed or transported, we seldom consider the
possibility that we might be making leaps from one universe of possibility
to another. Whether you happen to find a parking spot where and when
needed, experience delightful synchronicity, or miraculously escape injury
when about to be struck by an on-coming truck, you may have just made a
jump to experiencing being another possible you. You might even learn to
benefit from simply knowing there is a version of you who isn't sick, or
didn't just have an accident--at which point making a leap to the world of
another possible you can have an instantaneous positive effect on your
health and well-being.
While most of the time our leaps from one world of possibility to another
go unnoticed by us, sometimes a sequence of events is just so astonishing
that we can't ignore the fact that something truly extraordinary has just
occurred. Take, for example, the number of reality shifts reported to the
realityshifters website having to do with people suddenly transported to
safety the moment they were about to be hit by an oncoming vehicle, for
example. This type of 'teleported to safety' reality shift is remarkably
common, and in my recent interview last month on the Coast to Coast AM
radio show with George Noory, a number of callers shared their stories of
seeing oncoming vehicles coming directly at them one moment... to find
themselves an instant later safely on the other side of the apparently
unavoidable collision. (Did you miss me on Coast to Coast AM? You can see a
written summary of the Coast
to Coast AM Reality Shifts show and sign up as a Coast Insider to hear
this interview at your convenience.)
What we can learn from observing the existence of these 'teleported to
safety' reality shift experiences is that some of us are receiving
first-hand evidence that we exist in a superposition of states, just like
quantum particles. Sometimes we might be able to suddenly find ourselves in
a safer location, or inexplicably witness an oncoming vehicle pass through
us without hitting us, almost as if the vehicle or ourselves had
conveniently switched from material form to pure energy at just the right
moment.
Taking a step or two up on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, once our safety is
assured, the ability to travel to parallel possible worlds can help us find
friends and lovers, be respected by others, and attain the highest level of
success in life. Since being aware that better realities are possible is
the key, one of the best things we can do is keep an active imagination
regarding how much better we and our lives can be. This is the main reason
I recommend asking my favorite question, "How good can it get?" in every
situation. Even when we may not (yet) have a clue how things can improve,
just keeping the option open can help us keep learning, growing, and
enjoying a steadily more prosperous and wonderful life.
If you havent yet taken the How Do You Shift Reality? survey, I hope
you will consider taking a few minutes to fill it out. Your responses will
improve our understanding of the way people experience a variety of quantum
type behaviors that occur on a macroscopic scale while providing insights
regarding how reality shifting experiences have changed over the past
decade. Please participate and ask your friends to take the survey,
too!

To All Sons & Daughters: How Good Can it Get?
If you had only 500 words of wisdom to leave to humanity,
what have you learned in life that you'd most want to share
with others? I answered this question in the form of a poem I wrote
as a message of hope for you and your loved ones. It begins like this: "Reignite longing for the love you sought with first breath in this
life;
Recall the dream that called you here, the call you recognize.
You are not what others label you, nor can you be unloved;
Your path through life is blessed by Earth below and sky above."

How to Find Lost Things with Quantum Jumping
www.realityshifters.com
While I do my best to stay organized in order to minimize misplacing or
losing things, every now and then something manages to get misplaced... and
sometimes by the time I discover it's missing, I need it right away. I've
also noticed that I'm most likely to notice something missing when I'm in a
hurry to go somewhere and don't have a lot of time to search. The first
step in finding something that's gone missing is to conduct a basic search,
making sure that it's not actually right nearby and we somehow missed it. A
good basic search involves: (1) Retrace your steps to where the item was
last seen and where it might have traveled, (2) Ask anyone nearby if
they've seen it, (3) Ask the item to show itself by asking aloud a question
my mother taught me when I was very young, "Now if I were keys on a
keychain, where would I hide?" (4) Tidy things up while searching. Putting
things together with other similar items creates a systematic process of
elimination, making it easier to spot the missing item. After conducting
your search with the above four steps, it is time to widen the net.
Expanding search categories so more of your brain is involved in your
search is a natural process. Researchers at UC Berkeley have found that
your brain calls in backup to find lost things. We typically organize
objects in one of 1,000 categories in our mind, in such a way that when we
see something we can assign it to a logical and easily retrievable location
in memory. While this may not in itself be all that remarkable, recent
neuroscience studies conducted at UC Berkeley have shown that when study
participants are asked to look for something in particular, such as a
person, their brains can be seen to widen the net of possible categories.
"... their brains also commandeered the brain regions responsible for
perception of animals, body parts, action verbs and natural minerals and
shifted them toward the perception of people. Likewise, when participants
were seeking vehicles, the categories of tools, devices and structures were
also stimulated by representations of vehicles." http://youtu.be/91Rmi7FmSso
Shifting Reality with Cynthia Sue Larson
Welcome to my YouTube channel! We're alive at an exciting and pivotal time
in history, in which we know that everything and everyone--including
ourselves--exist in a superposition of states. We are thus able to access a
variety of realities, thanks to quantum jumping, reality shifting, or
mind-matter interaction... when we have sufficient Qi, or energy to make
and sustain such a change. I look forward to sharing news, information,
book reviews, experiences, questions and answers relating to ways
consciousness changes the physical world. I hope you will join me on a

A Very Special Subaru Outback
Juanita
Zanesville, Ohio, USA
I’m so happy you were on Coast to Coast. I had just been
explaining to my son just how special my 2003 Subaru Outback really
is. It’s taken me through
3 important experiences.
The first experience with the Subaru was shortly after I purchased it
on my own. I was very proud of myself for getting what I thought
was a very good deal. Yes it was! I was stopped behind a
car at an intersection at Corrales, NM and Alameda. There was a
cut-off to go north on Alameda shortly behind me. A van ( again )
was turning right on the cut-off, but I didn't have quite
enough space to pull up a bit so he could turn... ( I thought ). We (the
Subaru and I) sort of ... jumped forward. My foot was on the brake... so I
didn't do it.
I saw the man in the van make the turn and his eyes were big as saucers.
The car has a mind of it's own... it did not want to be bumped, it
was brand new at
that time. It's a 2003 and only has 33,000 and some miles on it,
and I would never think of trading it in. That's why I tell my son
just how special it was
and still is.
In my second Subaru experience, I remember seeing a truck
‘poofing’ right through it under a traffic
light. I had looked to my left and a big white truck was directly
to my left... I said “God... NO!” And my
prayer was answered... my daughter was also in the car with me. She saw the
white truck going down the street behind us. Thank goodness!
In the third experience, a van parked in a handicapped
zone backed into me, but my Subaru and I disappeared up the
aisle to pull in a parking spot in Albuquerque. About that van
hitting us... I never felt it and neither did my Subaru. if we were
hit, it had to be in another dimension. 'They' say we live in a multi-verse
and have all of these aspects. So... someone was backed into...
somewhere. As I look back on that, I wonder why I
didn’t walk back up the aisle to look at the scene. I
cut across and went into Walmart to do my shopping. I lived in New
Mexico for 14 years, but I was born in Ohio. I had quite a
few experiences while living out there. One was in the Emergency
Room at St. Joseph’s hospital... and was up above my body and
was given the choice to leave the earth or stay. I was going to
leave, and changed my mind. Since then I feel that I have been
protected, in fact... I know I have. (I’m really
shortening the stories). I have had several healings from
‘unknown sources.’ Well...
they’re not quite unknown. One very good psychic when I
was 68 years old told me that I had the ‘insides’ of
a woman in her early 40’s. I’m now going to
be 80 this coming August. I have been told that this is the first
time I’m experiencing old age... most people tell me I
don’t act this old. I don’t feel old, but my
body does at times.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you so very much for sharing your
experiences with your special reality-shifting Subaru Outback. These all
give me goose-bumps, especially the incident with the on-coming truck!
Seeing an oncoming truck "poofing" right through you is a kind of reality
shift many people have had, in addition to being teleported (rather than
thrown) clear of accident scenes quite inexplicably. It's extra amazing
when you and your daughter were both in the car at the time, and your
daughter saw the white truck going down the street behind you. When the van
backed into your Subaru and you disappeared down the aisle, I take it the
Subaru was unharmed. That's amazing!

Saving the Ornaments - Strange Loop
Von
Seattle, Washington, USA
Evan found the ornaments in the computer room and was going to donate them
to the Goodwill, then I pulled them out and hung em up in kitchen instead.
What’s strange is that I've done this sequence exactly the same
twice. Why am I in a loop? What am I supposed to learn? Is it because some
things happen in many realities, so we repeat some things we like no matter
what the reality, but some major life decisions we may decide on a
different route? And it wasn't a dream, it was real. Thoughts? :-)
Note from Cynthia: When events repeat in a cycle like this, it's
an example of a time loop--something akin to a "Groundhog Day" effect (like
the movie starring Bill Murray in which a day repeats over and over).
Chances are there is something to be learned, if only the fact that reality
can at times exhibit a discontinuous quantum nature, even on the
macroscopic human scale. I do recommend that you recall what state of mind
you were in at the beginning, middle and end of this time loop sequence,
since there may well be additional clues for you with regard to what this
particular time loop is all about.
Dear Cynthia,
Could you tell me what you think this scenario was? Some weird happenings
started right after I had made up mind that living in Sedona is my calling.
Currently I'm living in Colorado. My goal is getting to live in
Sedona, Arizona, and I've done nothing but make up my mind, that's
where I'm living, and players just entered the game. So it looks like this
will be happening at the end of this July.
The first time, we were driving in my boyfriend’s truck. I was
the passenger and it was about 5 pm, with the sun shining in my face. We
went left, but all of a sudden, it was night and we (my son and friend)
were making a right into the Bell Rock Inn, in my friend’s car.
It was so real! The motion of my buddy's car at night time, seeing Sedona,
and then snap, I was back in colorado, no longer in
Sedona. It was as if I was really there. As if I have been there all
my life. So natural a feeling. The next time was last week, when I was on
break and it was nighttime. I had my car door open, having a smoke
when Whap! I'm in Sedona, staring at the town, sitting the exact same way.
I was able to notice I was wearing different clothes. I had on
moccasins, and a jean jacket. I don’t own those
items.
-- Zoe
Dear Zoe,
Wow, that's amazing! There is definitely a connection between your deciding
to definitely relocate to Sedona, and having this happen. From the way you
describe it, it sounds like you weren't just having a daydream of another
place and time--you actually felt like you really were in another time of
day, location, and clothing. For daydream experiences, it's even pretty
amazing, but if you really felt you switched locations momentarily and
teleported to a different place and time... wow. There are numerous
accounts of people being 'thrown' (teleported) to safety, and some accounts
of people traveling forward or backward in time... but doing both so
spontaneously is remarkable.

One of the things I love most about Bruce Lipton is the
fearless way he shares intimate details about his life, with such joy and
contagious zest for life that one feels one's spirits lifting even when
hearing tales of past traumatic events. What makes Lipton's new book, "The
Honeymoon Effect" such a treasure is how Lipton shares his passion for
understanding the underlying biology of our interpersonal chemistry
side-by-side with autobiographical accounts of what's worked and what's not
worked in his relationships in the past.
Would you believe that the cascade of chemicals that drive love can be
unleashed not just by falling in love with a person, but also by falling in
love with a project or idea? Lipton assures us this is so, since "wherever
there is passion, not far behind are the potent chemical brews that
motivate us to pursue the objects of our desire." As an author who once
made the mistake of filling the bathtub while working on a chapter of my
book, Karen Kimball: and the Dream Weaver's
Web, this is something I definitely relate to.
As it turns out, the keys to living happily ever after with one's true love
are found within. Lipton explains through tales from his own relationship
lessons in the past why it's not enough to simply find the man or woman of
our dreams. People subconsciously seek familiar patterns from the past, so
unless we address underlying psychological issues in ourselves,
relationships will only ever last until the initial bursts of love
endorphins wear off.
Readers seeking a how-to book might want to dive into chapter four, "Four
Minds Don't Think Alike," to get to the heart of weird ways we so often
find our partner knows just how to push our buttons at the point we know
'the honeymoon is over.' Lipton explains that what is actually happening
when the love of our life is no longer acting all that loving is that they
are expressing their subconscious mind, with all of its programming
instilled in us going all the way back to childhood... and before that,
into the womb. Our subconscious mind soaked up a great deal of our
environment in the form of cascades of chemicals running through our
bodies, in such ways that sensitize us to particular repetitive patterns of
emotional patterns around us. Fortunately, by becoming mindful, we can
reprogram our subconscious mind, so we are compatible with the kind of
partners we'd most like to live happily ever after with. Only through such
reprogramming can we hope to break free of negative relationship patterns.
The Honeymoon Effect is an inspirational book containing a real-life
successful love story, together with lots of recent research in the fields
of biology and psychology... and some wonderful tips on how you can become
more mindful and successful in love and life. Highly recommended!
