One of the most practical uses for reality shifts and quantum jumps is
finding lost things. Whether seeking something recently lost, or something
that went missing many years ago, people have reported success in finding
things even after comprehensive searches have turned up empty-handed.
Whether you seek something that's gone missing, or are longing for new

The Science of Finding Lost Things
Here are tips on conducting a basic search for something lost, including
retracing your steps, asking people if they’ve seen it, asking
the item to show itself, and tidying up while searching. If after a
thorough basic search you still haven't found what you're looking for, you

brain will do some amazing things to help you--provided you stay mentally

Sand Crabs and Our Perception of Reality
When I was a child, I saw an extraordinary thing one day at the beach. My
family and I were vacationing at a remote island in the Pacific Ocean, and
we spent a leisurely day on a quiet, uninhabited beach. I sat by myself on
a part of the beach populated by a whole colony of sand crabs. These little
crabs lived in holes in the sand that each crab dug for itself, and at any
sign of movement, the crabs would scurry quickly down into their holes for
safety. I observed one of the crabs moving sand with a claw with
absent-minded proficiency, and I was mesmerized to see the effortless way
it obtained a scoop of sand and lifted it into the air. This activity
looked like so much fun to me that I made a similar ball of sand and
playfully tossed it toward some crabs. The sand ball hit an unsuspecting
crab, which immediately scooped up a ball of sand and held it aloft while
standing up as high on its back legs as possible. The crab looked as tense
and concerned as a crab can look, with moist grains of sand from the sand

Get a Hand Up from Your Future Self
Reality shifting can be a whole lot easier than most people think. Thanks
to the Transactional Interpretation of quantum physics, proposed by
physicist John Cramer of the University of Washington in Seattle, we can
glean an understanding of a kind of 'handshake' that occurs between a
future point in space-time and now. When you recognize that you are
receiving assistance from your future self, it's a simple matter of raising
your energy level--your Qi--to match the state required in the desired
alternate reality. Just as athletes such as baseball pitchers can benefit
from imagining a perfect pitch, and golfers can visualize a perfect swing,
and tennis players can imagine a perfect serve... and all benefit from
beautiful actual physical performance later on (and there are studies to
prove this really works)... we can utilize this same practice of working
with raising our energy and using our imagination to picture a better job,
better health, or better relationships.

How to See Your Aura in Four Minutes
Cynthia shares one of the aura viewing exercises from her book, "Aura
Advantage: How the Colors in Your Aura Can Help You Attain Your Desires and
Attract Success" which includes third eye chakra activation, to help ensure
best results. This aura viewing exercise does not require anything other
than a few minutes of your time and preferably a plain, off-white
background, such as a wall. By holding your hand outstretched at arm's
length and fixing the focus of your gaze between two fingers, you will soon
see your own aura softly glowing around the edges of your hand. Cynthia
describes a method to help ensure success by activating and invigorating
your third eye (pineal gland) through gently massaging your forehead with
the mini-chakra (or energy center) in the palm of your hand. After relaxing
a bit, and resting your outstretched arm on an arm rest or table top, you
will likely soon see your own aura.

Jean Stapleton Alive Again, Dead Again

I thought Jean Stapleton passed a long time ago, nowhere near at age 90
years! I remember her in the film Michael with John Travolta. I loved the
film, and thought the two worked well together. It wasn't that long after
the film aired... maybe a year... that I heard she passed. I connected to
the film, not only because it was a great film about Michael, the angel,
but Michael has always been a name that I've liked, and it also just so
happens that we named out son Michael.
Note from Cynthia: Wow, Simone! I see you had a really close
relationship with the Michael movie, which came out in 1996... 17 years
ago. There's a big difference between Jean Stapleton passing away that long
ago rather than either this past week... or a few months ago. Thanks for
sharing the details you remember about this. Some people recall Jean
Stapleton passing away Winter 2012. There seem to be several co-existing
parallel universe timelines we're noticing with these multiple obituaries.

Passport Appears... Just in Time!

Cynthia - thank you thank you thank you! Honest to God, the following just
now happened. Background: I've been planning a trip to visit a
friend in ministry in Mexico. The trip will start in two weeks. Being a
procrastinator, I mentally made a note to retrieve my passport from the
spot I have kept it for years. (I have ADD and consistency with anything is
not only a struggle, but a rare accomplishment). Sure enough, when I
finally got around to retrieving it--it was not there any longer. Panic!
Yikes! That was several days ago. Many prayers & much rampant scrambling
and digging later, I know that I must soon either find it or proceed to
purchase ($$$) another one. On a whim, I decided to google: "finding
misplaced things..." not very confidently. The 2nd site I came to was
yours. I read it and briefly pondered how that mantra is different than
what I had tried. But I decided it was worth a try. Deep breath. Several
deep breaths... went on my knees to look under the dresser just before this
came up. Then after the breaths--went to a rarely opened cupboard, picked
up an obscure folder, and voila`! There it was! (By the way--I am a senior
with typical memory problems!) That was a real "WOW" moment!

This topic brings up some questions for me. I know this is going to be
long-winded, but please bear with me because there really is a point at the
end. I went through a period in my life when I had long, frustrating and
unsuccessful searches for my misplaced stuff because I was (even) more
disorganized than I am now. Finally, in desperation, I devised a method for
finding things that had a fairly high degree of success. I said, OK, I
can’t find it, but my hand--which put it in the last place that
it was--may remember (through cellular memory). Then I would go about my
business, and many times I would walk up to the lost object. But not
always. I have definitely had lost things pop up where they just couldn't
have been, as you pointed out. Most recently, my cell phone went missing. I
looked high and low. I called several times from the land line. Nothing.
Then, a few days later, the cell phone just fell onto the floor without
being touched, seemingly from a place where I had looked several times. A
place where I definitely would have heard it ringing when I called from the
land line. I immediately called again from the land line to see if it would
ring. Well, it did ring--loud and clear. I even experimented putting it
under things and bunching it up in clothes to see if that would muffle the
ring, but I could still hear it very well. So the alternate reality theory
seems very plausible to me. So what this has me wondering is: Was I
possibly accessing an alternate reality or reality shift when I was doing
my little "cellular" memory trick to find things, and could this be some
sort of clue as to how I could achieve reality shifting? I did relax, as
you have advised. Also, do you think that possibly by making a mental
connection "part of me remembers where the object is" could have
facilitated a shift?

Dear Ariane,
Yes, it is highly possible that your "cellular" memory technique is an
excellent method for accessing alternate realities and instigating reality
shifts (ie: bringing lost things back that literally weren't here a moment
ago). Being relaxed, in a positive emotional state, and expecting success
work perfectly in combination with clear focus on what you seek. Having a
sense that part of you remembers where the object is strikes me as an
integral part of what makes this "cellular" memory technique work as well
as it does. When we access memories--including future memories--we get a
feeling of intuitively knowing where something may turn up, so we can start
checking there to see if it is there yet. I have personally found that
maintaining a positive expectation of success is especially helpful when I
have gotten a sense of where something will show up, but I haven't yet
found it there.

Dear Cynthia,
I want to ask you about something. I noticed how easily you are able to go
from a conscious state to a trance state on our calls. Is this something
you develop with time? How in the world can you do this? Is this something
you are born with, or that you practiced somehow over time and then became
able to do? If it was learned, are there any techniques or suggestions you
could give to help someone to be able to do this kind of thing? Was it
anything more than just meditation and healing modality practice?

Dear Heather,
I started accessing these levels of awareness through daily meditations, so
I'd recommend starting there. Eventually I got a chance to experience
something akin to trial by fire... working at holistic expos and fairs
where there were all kinds of distractions and I needed to stay focused. My
ability to focus may be partly who I am, and partly thanks to all the
meditation I've done for decades... I don't really know. I suggest keep
meditating, and keep tuning in, and at some point you'll likely find your
ability to focus is tremendously improved. Practicing things that are
moving meditations, such as martial arts, is also well-documented as a way
to help people improve their ability to get and hold laser-sharp focus, no
matter what.
