I've experienced some truly wonderful moments in life when I've kept in
mind that I'm completely safe and loved. Some of these moments have felt
so surprisingly magical that I could have sworn I'd walked onto some
lifelike stage, where events were being choreographed by God and the
angels. These moments took my breath away, and left me feeling like I was
dancing through the most beautiful movie of my life—often with
strangers singing and dancing, and with many occasions of chocolate
cake!
One such magical moment happened many years ago, early one chilly January
morning on my birthday, as I walked a few blocks behind my teenage
daughters, who were speeding quickly ahead of me on their way to high
school. I was keeping this great distance so they would not be embarrassed
to be seen walking with their mom, now that they were almost
adults—and I kept myself company by engaging in a peaceful
walking meditation in that crisp morning air. I'd been focusing on my
breathing and feeling calm, when I was amazed to look up as I approached a
park bench, where I saw a grandmother presenting a young girl with a
birthday cake, complete with lit candles, and singing the happy birthday
song! My heart felt like it was going to explode with love, as I was
astonished that the Cosmos could bring me such a uniquely perfect special
birthday experience, just when I needed it most. I didn't interrupt the
grandmother and little girl, but rather inhaled the magical love in that
moment into my heart and soul.
On another occasion, I once walked into a dining room at the Esalen retreat
center in Big Sur, California, where I was stunned to immediately be
greeted by hearing a sentence of welcome spoken to me from several
different people. I heard something like, “Hello,”
“Cynthia,” “So happy,”
“to see you,” the moment I'd opened the door to the
crowded dining area. This warm welcome was completely unexpected, and
extremely noteworthy and magical to me. I felt like the place itself was
welcoming me, since I could see that the people who had said these words
were clearly talking to one another and not to me—yet the
connection I felt with the spirit of that magical place was unmistakeable.
In both of these moments, as well as many others, I've felt a sense of
being a deeply loved child of the Cosmos, who is cared for in visceral ways
that I can experience when I keep my heart and mind open to unconditional
divine love. By seeing the world through the eyes of my loving heart, the
magical bliss of these moments elevates my sense of connection to the
highest levels of joy, love, and gratitude.
At the Oneness weekend workshop retreat that Paola Harris and Jeff Machala
and I conducted last month in Crestone, Colorado, I was struck by many
remarkably meaningful coincidences and magical moments. I loved hearing
how Paola and Jeff were brought together by some extraordinary appearances
of UFOs, together with powerful messages in music, with precision timing
and deeply multi-layered levels of personal meaning. While listening to
how all of this unfolded, and how these messages served to bring all of us
together, I noticed that this was a theme that seems to be an integral part
of both the deeper meaning and purpose of the UFO experience, and also part
of the awakening of human consciousness at this time.
One of the most extraordinary revelations shared by Paola Harris in her
books, Connecting
the Dots, and Conversations with Colonel Corso, she shares the advice
given to Colonel Philip Corso when he asked an alien, “What
do you have to offer me?” The alien simply replied:
“A new world, if you can take it.”
I love this statement, as it feels like an open invitation for humanity to
collectively ask, “How good can our new world get?”
while fully intending to live the answer to that. One of the ways that we,
as humanity, can step up to receive our new world is by experiencing the
extraordinary interconnectedness that inevitably arises when we remember
that we are intrinsically safe and loved. And in moments when remembering
this, we can find ourselves experiencing some of the most extraordinary
meaningful coincidences, synchronicities, reality shifts, and quantum
jumps.

Reclaiming Reality Shifting

What is the value of reality shifting? Is it about
escapism, entertainment, and daydreaming? Or does it have some
greater purpose? A video was recently brought to my attention, where
Asmongold suggested reality shifting is nothing more than people wishing
they lived a different life, while entering into states of mind where they
can pretend that is true. I've been aware of the booming TikTok reality
shifting trend since early 2020, and I created a video about it on August
20, 2022--but it seems it's a good time to respond to these new views of
reality shifting suggesting there is little practical benefit to reality
shifting. The popularity of Reality Shifting really took off in 2020,
during the pandemic, with people sharing videos on TikTok, with tips and
ideas for how to experience completely different realities. The
rationale given for reality shifting was ostensibly escapism, with some
reality shift destinations focusing on such fantastical realms as the
Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry from the Harry Potter
books. As some emphasized, "No need to request paid time off, or
let your supervisor know. Just use your brain to think at any point
in time, and it'll happen at your own leisure. Take an eight month
vacation and go anywhere you like." Or, "Say no thanks to
real life and go live in an online fantasy world with an anime spouse."
TikTok reality shifters utilize terms like shifting from their CR (current
reality) to their DR (desired reality), writing scripts of what they'd like
to experience, and following various techniques of how to make a shift into
another reality. According to Eli Somer, a clinical psychologist,
TikTok reality shifting is something akin to immersive daydreaming where
people engage in elaborate, euphoric fantasy worlds for relaxation and
entertainment. There are some similarities between immersive
daydreaming and lucid dreaming, that occurs when someone is asleep and
realizes within a sleeping dream that they are dreaming--and thus can
awaken within the dream.

I have always been sensitive to energies around me. I
saw them when I was a kid but dismissed it due to society pressure. I would
like to tell a story with as much detail I can give in regards to a
dimensional time dilation.
At the time I was considering a hysterectomy because of
consistent problems with my reproductive system including certain
songs causing me crippling pain in my reproductive system. I made an
appointment to a University of Nevada, Reno affiliate for women's health. I
waited patiently for the appointment and gave enough time to get there. The
women's health clinic is no longer there, but it was there a few years ago.
I was moving to offices outside the school. When I entered the area the
magnetics in the area were off. I could feel it. It was lighter than
normal. I got lost but had plenty of time to make it to the appointment on
time. Finally I made it into the office and I had to pause with how
drastically different the energy in the office was. It was like we were on
a power plant. But it wasn't electric energy, it was connected to the earth
like we were sitting on a crystal mine. I stepped forward to the attendant
and told her that I had an appointment and gave my information. She looked
me up and said that the appointment was canceled. I was confused because I
didn't cancel it and asked her how it was canceled. She said that I called
up to cancel and she remembered my voice in the cancellation. I was
further confused with this information, so I checked the phone I would have
made a call on to cancel the appointment. No call had been made. In my
confusion, I also had a loss of focus, and I felt myself starting to slide
into another dimension or timeline. I grounded myself to the Earth to stay
in the timeline I was in. I asked if anything could be done, and she said
only to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the new office, despite my
evidence. I understood this was a time dilation, so I was not hard on the
attendant. She was just doing her job to the best of her ability, and this
was just alternate universe me canceling the appointment most likely
because I had something come up or I was ill. Something strange though:
the center of the energy causing the dilation was behind the desk
somewhere, not in sight, but near there. The offices weren't affected as
much, just the front desk. I think I know why they were moving offices! I
also understand on an innate level that time and space are illusions; I
have been able to manipulate them in minor ways since I was child.
Note from Cynthia: How amazing to arrive for your appointment,
and learn that according to their records, you'd canceled! Good
thinking to check your phone to see if you'd called them--but found that
your call records matched your memory. You definitely are not the
only person who's experienced these kinds of shifts, and it's possible
these days with heightened electromagnetic energies, more people may also
be noticing them, too. I've been noticing that grounding now works
best for me when I ground to the center of the Earth and also to the cosmic
center--and then it seems I can experience more harmonious flow without too
many unexpected 'hiccups.' Your experience reminds me of a time when a
book store phoned me to confirm a book signing event that I'd never made
arrangements for. They were certain that I'd signed up for it weeks
or months earlier, but I know for sure I hadn't. I saw that the
date looked like one I could make, and I made arrangements to be able to go
to it--and then it turned out that was the day my grandmother died, and I
was the family member closest to her who was able to sign the
paperwork. I also had a number of other remarkable things happen
that day (including eating chocolate cake for an "unbirthday party" at the
book store, which is something that seems to happen when people closest to
me die). And I witnessed part of my grandmother's full life
review--all the parts that I also experienced, which were quite joyful and
filled with love.

My Friend's Friend is Alive Again

My friend Cathy told me approximately two months ago that
her friend, B., had died. We discussed this nonmutual friend eight times
over the last two years in regards to Cathy's friend being highly emf and
chemically sensitive. They moved her around the country to find a low emf
region two months back. Cathy told me it was terrible how this women
suffered and died. As of today out of the blue Cathy brought up
this dead friend. But now she is not dead. She did spend months at Mayo
Clinic as an inpatient, and end up being treated with electroshock therapy
and sent home on psych meds. She is not great, but she is alive. I believe
Cathy that this lady so sensitive and look at her treatment or possible
mistreatment. I'm not sure they work up emf sensitive in mainstream; I
guess not. My friend, D., remembered me telling her that Cathy's friend B.
died two months back—and I have text messages on my phone with
D. to confirm that. I am certain more of these Mandela "ground rocks" will
pop up on the Quantum playing field of life. Just like they grow in my
yard. Everything I use to mow in southwest Missouri rocks would appear
from below the soil. I had Cathy clarify several times that she had not
forgotten. Cathy thought I was speaking of a "future" event, not a "past"
event. I had to explain to her what timeline jumps are. Cathy started to
become upset. She is an empath also; she has different skill set than I.
We have to be careful when discussing this with others like Cathy--even if
they are truly spirtual awake, as she is. It rocks their reality like it
does to all of us when we become aware. It a big adjustment period or at
least it has been for me. So I choose to be very delicate when and if I
reveal to another person what just happened. I so appreciate that I can
reveal them to you without concerns, thank you.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you for sharing this experience of
hearing about Cathy's EMF-sensitive friend having passed away--and then
hearing that she's alive again. I'm familiar with the topic of
EMF-sensitive people seeking low-EMF locations, and I can empathize with
how hearing about Cathy's friend going through such a tough time would
really stand out as memorable. That's wonderful that Cathy's friend
is alive now, and hopefully her health will improve.

Could the confusion around Ed McMahon and ‘big checks’
be because everyone is thinking Publishers Clearing House when McMahon was
spokeman for American Family Publishers, which basically copied the PCH
model? Apologies if this has already been covered... Much appreciation for

Thank you for this question. Yes, of course, it might seem at first
glance that people are simply mixing up two different companies, and
mistakenly remembering Ed McMahon knocking on doors on behalf of Publishers
Clearing House, when he really worked for American Family Publishers.
That certainly would explain a lot. The only problem is, as Forbes
magazine even points out in this 2012 article, The
Curious Case of Ed McMahon and the Publishers Clearing House:
“McMahon never left the studio to ambush families, and
he never held a giant check.” This Forbes article goes
on to hypothesize that this epic confusion might be attributed to the way
American Family Publishers copied Publishers Clearing House TV and other
ads, in a “me too” kind of way. Yet for many people,
this still does not explain why so many of us similarly recall Ed McMahon
knocking on doors with a giant oversized check on behalf of Publishers

Hey, Cynthia!
I just watched your video with Travis Wright that
you linked to in your newsletter. There was so much information that I
feel like I need to rewatch it! Something that you mentioned was different
hand motions that could be done for specific purposes. I'm hope you know
what I'm talking about, but I wonder if there's somewhere else that you go
into more detail about this, or perhaps a resource you could recommend? At
another point in the video, you seemed to make a triangle with your hands
when talking about connecting with God, but I'm not sure if that was on
purpose or not. I'm just very curious about this. Also, I loved that you
guys talked about the Berenstein bears. Or technically Berenstain. I
enjoyed those books when I was a kid, and at some point I remember my
mother telling me that names ending in "stein" tend to be Jewish. I was
still fairly young, but I asked "like the Berenstein bears?" She seemed
very annoyed with the question, perhaps due to her Catholic bias, but at
the time, I didn't know many names with that ending. I feel like that
memory really stood out to me, so at some point as an adult I started
seeing Berenstain and was confused. Anyway, thank you for your videos and

Thanks so much for your email; I'm glad that you enjoyed my recent
interview with Travis Wright. I'm not sure which part of the interview
you're referring to, but possibly it has to do with pointing at one's
heart, to improve relationships--and pointing to one's head to think more
clearly (and do measurably better on tests). These are covered in
my book, Quantum Jumps, with examples and references and exercises. Yes,
making a triangle with my hands talking about God was on purpose--I'm
referring to a graphic image sometimes depicted of the perennial
philosophy, in which at the base of the pyramid, there are many religions
and spiritual paths that come together, as one gets closer to a higher
level of conscious agency, toward the Absolute / God / Creator / Source at
the top.

Is it possible for the engram of yourself to hop to an adjacent quantum
timeline to retain the memory of your death or is the quantum timeline in
which you died effectively collapsed (I didn't have a chance to watch the vid)?

Dear Andrew,
Good question! I did not experience or retain memory of my death--what I
experienced was a close brush with death, and clarity of knowing death was
imminent on that other timeline. And I'm grateful I don't remember that
death--I don't feel that was necessary for me to get what I needed from the
experience (renewed confidence and courage in my life, despite life events
that had shaken me).
