How Good Can it Get?

Choose Optimal
Realities
"When you wake up every day,
you have two choices.
You can either be positive or negative;
an optimist or a pessimist.
I choose to be an optimist.
It’s all a matter of perspective.”
— Harvey Mackay "
For those who experience it, the Mandela Effect provides a clear
suggestion that we're living in different physical realities. We
glimpse this when we notice that not everyone recognizes or encounters
the exact same Mandela Effects, such that one person might be
astonished to discover the human kidneys are now in a different place
in the body, and someone else will be mesmerized by the way geography
now seems radically different in a specific place in the world. When
we contemplate the deepest implications of this possibility that each
of us might actually be living in a completely unique physical reality,
we'll do well to realize that it's up to each of us to make our
realities the best they can be.
This month, I share insights suggesting that we
don't all share the same physical reality, with updates from some
physicists and physics experiments supporting this assertion. There are
some profound implications to contemplate here, which challenge the
typical assumption that a shared objective physical reality exists.
How might we envision a physical world in which there is never any
completely shared physical reality? One aspect of such a world could
be phenomena such as reality shifts and the Mandela Effect. In a world
with no guarantee of shared physical reality, you'd likely notice that
events you remember are described or recalled differently by other
people in your life.
There's been recent news of a fascinating development: Scientists
successfully simulate backward time travel, with a 25% chance of
actually changing the past. This news of successfully changing the
past may sound like science fiction, yet it provides encouragement for
us to hold hope for the past, without feeling discouraged about however
things might currently seem to be. This news provides us with
increasing reason to keep asking, "How good can it get?"
—including with respect to events of the past. Reality
shifts and the Mandela Effect clearly indicate that the past can and
does change, and now scientists are sitting up and noticing that
retrocausal conscious agency can provide desired results 25% of the
time.
So how can we best ensure we're living in optimal physical realities?
One powerful way to help ensure we're living our best possible lives is
to add my favorite question, “How good can it get?”
to each decision choice point of every day. If you're interested in
some additional tips and pointers, I'll be teaching a Mandela Effect
reality selection class with Paola Harris on Sunday, November 19. This
is your chance to hone reality shifting skills, ask your biggest
questions, prepare for energetic "rapids" the world is facing, and most
of all, I'd love to see you there! You can see the details and

Mandela Effect Masterclass
Sunday, November 19, 2023
6pm MST / 8pm EST
$30 / Limited to 40 attendees
Could immediate evolutionary improvements, instantaneous
geographic changes, and miraculous spontaneous
healing—including recovery from death—be
providing us with clues to essential technology, just when we need it
most? At this time when a phenomenon of collective alternate memories
known as the Mandela Effect is gaining popular interest, people are
noticing changes to movies, books, food, clothing, animals, human
anatomy, geography, astronomy, history, and every aspect of life. With
an ever-increasing percentage of people sharing specifically different
memories than official history describes, many questions now arise.
What do experiencers of the Mandela Effect have in common? Why is the
Mandela Effect happening? Do versions of us exist in parallel
universes? How would we know if we were experiencing different
timelines? Where is the Mandela Effect taking us?
With down-to-Earth science and real-life experiences, Cynthia shows us
how we can harness our natural gifts, and wisely choose the reality we
need.
Bring your questions for a lively discussion! Limited to 40
participants. https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/eventReg?oeidk=a07ek2hvmno3b7b1fc9&oseq=&c=&ch=
I had a great time talking about Hopi Prophecy and
Transhumanism on a brand new episode of Gaia's "Open Minds"
with Regina Meredith. An indigenous hieroglyph on a stone
in Arizona shows two paths representing humanity’s
choicepoint… between revhumanism and transhumanism. Cynthia
Sue Larson returns to Open Minds and continues a conversation with
Regina Meredith about quantum possibilities represented in Hopi
Prophecy. If transhumanism is a vanishing timeline, Larson proposes we
tune into conscious agency and unify our will, which she defines as
revhumanism. “How good can today get?” This
question frames our focus and allows us to apply intention, explains
Larson. She follows-up on past interviews with Meredith, expanding on
new academic inquiry into The Mandela Effect.

We Don't All Share the Same
Physical World
Cynthia Sue Larson
3 Nov 2023
16 minutes
What if we don't all share the same physical world? What
if each person's physical reality is not the same as anyone else's? In
my recent IMEC presentation, I included a slide with a quote by
Bernardo Kastrup that caught Conscious Life News editor Ross Pittman's
attention: One of the weirdest theoretical implications of
quantum mechanics is that different observers can give
different—though equally valid—accounts of the
same sequence of events. As highlighted by physicist Carlo Rovelli in
his relational quantum mechanics (RQM), this means that there should be
no absolute, observer-independent physical quantities. All physical
quantities—the whole physical universe—must be
relative to the observer. The notion that we all share the same
physical environment must, therefore, be an illusion. Ross mentioned
that this idea matches up with other things he's learned, such as where
it fits in as being part of Vedanta, where the idea is presented that
we are each dreaming our own unique/individual reality. Ross
also shared this quote from Bashar, “Even though you may
think, as we have said, that you are ALL sharing one particular
reality, you are not. You are creating your own version, your own
simulation through agreements, telepathically connected agreements with
each other, to create what appears to be the same reality. But each of
you is creating your own." Importance of the Role of the Observer What
if everything--absolutely EVERYthing--is relative to the observer?
We see evidence that this is likely the case from experiments in
quantum physics, such as the double slit experiment. We can also see
this idea shining through with brilliant illumination in the Mandela
Effect and reality shifts--almost as if the Cosmos / God / Creator
longs for us to notice this essential detail. One thing that
seems especially significant about the Mandela Effect is the way this
phenomena works. People don't all notice the same changes, nor
do they notice changes at the same time. One person might
notice several weeks, months, or years a particular Mandela Effect
before someone else does. I can almost sense these hints each time
something is definitely quite different than it used to be, like gentle
nudges, "Do you get it yet?" It's dazzlingly amazing to witness
these entangled interwoven dynamically shifting realities inviting each
and every one of us to more fully envision who we'd be and what we'd be
doing differently if we fully grasped these ideas. In my book, Reality
Shifts, I describe reality shifts I've experienced that seemed to have
occurred for no apparent reason, reality shifts I noticed corresponding
to wishes or prayers, reality shifts that resulted in healing of people
and things, ways to allow reality shifts and feel inspired, lucid
dreaming, lucid living, thoughtful contemplation about why and how
reality shifts, and a sense of what it's like to live everyday life
knowing that reality shifts. When you experience the shifting
nature of reality, you may find, as I have, that life feels like a
dream. Much of what we call meaningful coincidence or synchronicity
could be caused by a property of our minds to send and receive time
waves, selecting a reality we choose to experience.

Cynthia Sue Larson talks with Rizwan Virk
about lessons we can learn from the Autobiography of a
Yogi, including: the value of setbacks on our path, karmic and
unexpected lessons, and the value of practicing every day. Virk
describes how Simulation Theory can be viewed from a materialistic
perspective with NPC (non-player characters), or it can be seen as
involving RPG (role-playing game characters) in which individuals have
the ability to experience making choices resulting in changes to
physical reality. Virk shares miraculous stories of saints with
‘two bodies’ who bilocate, and the value of
practicing yoga in order that we can stop the generation of whirlpools
of thoughts and feelings that otherwise can harden into karma.
There is an ancient Sanskrit meaning to the word,
‘Avatar,’ that helps to clarify how we can view
ensoulment as occurring when we put on a game headset or are embodied
into a human body when we are born. With awareness that we are
living in a Simulation, and have the ability to influence reality,
magic and miracles are possible.

I lost my car keys. I dumped the entire contents of my
purse on the table, plus I felt into every pocket. Nope, not there. I
replaced contents. Then, two hours later, I opened the purse and there
they were sitting right on top. I shook my head and thought,
“Okay, the Mandela Effect again.” This is
happening more and more. I think of a lost thing, and when I stop
thinking and let go, it returns. I really admire your work educating
people about this phenomena.
Note from Cynthia: Wow, that's so wonderful to hear that
your keys came back, sitting right on top of your purse, where you'd
just checked, two hours before! That's great to hear that lost
items are coming back more and more, when you think about them, then
stop thinking about them and let go. Thanks so much for granting me
permission to share your experience, and for the appreciative comment,
too!

Cardinal Appears in Air Conditioner
Condenser
Laura
Florida, USA
I have experienced so many Mandela moments and have had
some unexpected and until now, confusing things occur. One, I
caught on video. My husband was taking the trash out. Instead of
going through the back door, he used the garage door. While it's not
his usual route, either way gets there. The kitchen is closer to the
back door, though. Anyway, we live in Florida and the air
conditioner runs throughout the year. We have an attic unit and a large
box-shaped condenser outside of the garage side door. He went out with
the trash and came running back inside. He's not often panicked, but he
was this day. He yelled, "Turn off the air conditioner!" Assuming it
was a fire, I rushed to the thermostat and turned it off. Then I
grabbed my phone and chased him out back. He was still frantic and was
by the condenser with a screwdriver in hand. "There is a cardinal in
here," he said. "I can't believe it's alive." My husband sounded
stressed, but he was just worried about the bird having a heart attack
or being way too scared. Inside the unit, through the slats, we could
see a large, beautiful bright red cardinal. He was trying to
fly but ended up hopping on the heavy metal fan blades and
hitting the inside of the slats. There was little room for him to move.
He had maybe two inches. The slats aren't wide enough for my pinky to
fit through. It was difficult for Chris to open the top. It's a very
old unit and his screwdriver wasn't doing the job. It took several
minutes, but after getting another tool, the bird flew out, thankfully
free. There is no place anywhere on the bottom or sides where a bird
of this size could have crawled in. Honestly, I looked! I feel very
strongly that this beautiful bird literally experienced a shift. I am
certain we did too, but he was probably mid-flight when it happened. I
really don't know. I don't know why or where he came from but there
likely wasn't an air condenser wherever it was. I've stopped telling
my family about the Mandela Effect experiences I have (they say I have
a great imagination) but thanks to you, I am no longer troubled
by these experiences or memories.
Note from Cynthia: What an amazing and beautiful and
wonderful experience finding a cardinal in the outdoor condenser
unit. This is remarkable for many reasons, not the least of
which is that it seems so unlikely that a bird would find some way to
get inside that mechanical unit, even if there was some kind of opening
for it to squeeze inside. There seems little reason for a bird
to make such an effort, and it seems highly unlikely that anyone would
place a cardinal inside your condenser as some kind of practical
joke. Once all reasonable explanations are considered and
dismissed as impractical, impossible or unlikely, we're left with the
astonishing possibility that perhaps this cardinal bird somehow
teleported itself inside the condenser unit.
Doll Shop Vanished
Nancy
Manteca, California, USA
My cousin came to visit me from Pennsylvania. We had
never discussed anything like psychic phenomena etc. We drove to
Sausalito for lunch. After lunch, we visited the nearby shops and
entered a doll shop. We were both immediately drawn to a large
doll—she was a two and a half feet high adult female,
dressed as an adult with bra, panties, etc and jewelry. The shop's
owner said that a lady back east made one doll a year, named her, and
treated her as a person. When she flew the doll out to California, the
doll had her own seat on the plane. The doll could help the owner in
various ways: bringing luck, helping meditate, etc. She cost $300.
The doll's eyes seemed to look right at me; compelling but also
frightening. After some conversation, we left the store and decided to
walk through Muir Woods, part of a national forest nearby. Upon
entering the woods, my cousin and I both started seeing faces in the
tree trunks and rocks. We both remarked, “How
strange.” Upon arriving home, I took my dog for a walk
with my cousin. One area had a row of trees and rocks, and again we
saw faces. I had walked this area for a couple of years and never
witnessed this phenomenon before. A few months went by, and I could
not get the doll out of my mind. So I decided to buy it. It was a one
hour drive. When I entered the shop, it was no longer a doll shop, but
a men's clothing store. I asked the owner if he knew where the doll
shop had moved. He replied that he had been there three years. I
thought he was playing games with me, so I went to the shop across the
street that I had seen there for several years. The owner said the
same thing—there had never been a doll shop there! Thank
you for sharing your knowledge and research online.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you so very much for sharing your
experience seeing that doll store and unforgettable doll that vanished
so completely within just a few month's time. There seems to be such a
fascinating adjacent reality you visited with your cousin, to contain
such spirited, seemingly magical dolls. Thank you for taking the time
and trouble to send me a hand-written letter containing all this
information—it's such a treat to get an actual letter in the
mail!
Changes on Peltier Can Cooler
Vivek
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
I noticed that a label on a Peltier can cooler changed
from Tropicool India to U Long co. Taiwan. These shifts happen, and no
discernible explanations have yet come up.
Note from Cynthia: Thanks for mentioning these changes, so
that they can be documented here on the realityshifters website. The
very appearance of such mystifying changes seems to me to present an
invitation to those of us aware of the changes to ask, “What
is going on?” We then can also acknowledge that we're
seeing the beginnings of a Science of the Mandela Effect
starting to form, as I discussed in a talk I presented at this year's
International Mandela Effect Conference.
Different Version of Song and Nelson Mandela
memories
Watertree
Long Beach, Washington, USA
Thank you for sharing all of your wisdom, knowledge and
Spirit with the world. I am so grateful to have found your message of
hope, science, integrity. I found you about a month ago when I had a
song earwormed from my teenage past. Because it was a popular country
song, I sang it often with my cousin while she would drive me around
Dublin, California in 1982. At that time, she was 16, and I was
13. Because I had this song stuck in my head, and I was deep in
a rabbit hole on Spotify making playlists, I looked up the song to add
to my favorites. The song is, "I Need You Now." All I could
find was the Lady Antebellum version that came out in 2010. I listened
to it, but the duet is nowhere near the tone of voice from what I
remember. So I looked online to find the original artists. I was
astonished that I couldn't find the original artist from the 1980's,
and the only online record is the 2010 version. I found you because of
the term The Mandela Effect, and "you're not crazy!" "Memories are
being altered', etc. which I experienced in the early 1990's when
Nelson Mandela was released from prison. I, too, thought he died while
in prison. When he went on a world tour soon after his release, I
bought a ticket to hear him speak in San Francisco. Unable to attend, I
kept the ticket stub as a reminder that things aren't always as I
remember.
Note from Cynthia: That's fascinating that you remember a
different version of the song, "I Need You Now," that no longer seems
to exist. Clearly there's no other song you would be confusing for
this one, and I love how you so clearly remember what was going on
decades ago, where I'm sure the music must have provided a kind of
soundtrack for those times in your life. So it's all the more amazing
to see absolutely no evidence of what you know to have been
true—that there was a different, earlier, original version
of this song. Thanks so much for sharing this!
Building went missing
Watertree
Long Beach, Washington, USA
Another ME experience I had was a building went
missing. In 1994 I married on the beach in Washington state. While
there, my mother bought me a book from a book store, it was a very
special used book about Fairies. I remember the shop being on the
ground floor, whose entrance was buttressed with pillars holding up the
second floor, creating a kind of sidewalk porch. I had a photo of us
holding the book in front of the store window, under the shade of the
porch ceiling for years, but the picture is long gone from the divorce
of that marriage in 2003. About 6 years ago, I revisited the
same town with my new family and was looking forward to seeing if the
book store was still open. Well the entire building was gone! I drove
along the entire peninsula thinking it may have been in another town,
but no other building had a sidewalk porch at all. There are
many other experiences. I am in tune with my sensitive being/higher
self, and have practiced bodywork since 1994. The quiet stillness I
enjoy every day has honed my awareness. Some periods of time are easier
and more clear than others. Since I 'stumbled' on your public
interviews, I have tried to saturate, impose into my subatomic state
the knowledge you share. The gratitude and love I have for your
generosity is illuminating me. I thank my higher self for leading me
toward you.
Note from Cynthia: I love hearing about your experience with
the building that went missing—how noticeable and
amazing! And clearly you were not simply confusing that
building or location with some other. These are the kinds of
personal encounters with reality shifts that make believers out of us!
And the more such reports we hear, the better we can normalize the
experience of 'walking between worlds,' reality shifting, and quantum
jumping as part of normal, everyday human experience. And from there,
we can remember to keep asking, “How good can it
get?”
Dear Nicole,
Yes, time is intrinsically implicitly subjective--by its very true
nature. I love the book by Carlo Rovelli about time, "The Order
of Time." It makes abundantly clear what you're saying, in
down-to-Earth terms most anyone would be startled and amazed to hear.
This report of initial simulation success of changing past events is
more solid progress in supporting the existence and reality of reality
shifts and Mandela Effects. Bravo! Thanks so much for sharing
this with me!
love, love, love,
—Cynthia
___________
Dear Cynthia,
I was checking to buy a book of yours on your website. I saw the
notice it is not possible due to corona to ship overseas. Is it still
counting, or do I rather purchase a digital version? Also, if you have
time to answer this, I am wondering about something. I often hear
stories of people who have an NDE they saw their lifereview (and
sometimes possible different outcomes if someone wants to stay longer.)
Do you think maybe we experience all the possibilities we live(d) when
the time comes, long from now, when we fully cross over? I am very
happy with my life, sometimes though I feel I missed a handshake by
making other choices. I tend to wonder, sense or dream about the other
roads. And that makes me curious, are they really there or do I only
dream of them. :) I hope to meet someday the friends i made on the
other roads as well! Kind regards,
—Peter
Dear Peter,
Thanks so much for writing to me with this lovely email. Yes,
it's true that I'm not currently shipping books outside of the
USA--mostly due to huge increases in international shipping costs, and
I've not looked into determining what the actual current costs are.
I've witnessed someone else's life review at the time of her
passing--my grandmother--and I did not know she was passing at that
time. I was in the car, driving to her place, and seeing
memories I did not remember from when I was a very little girl, staying
with my grandmother and many other special moments through the years,
and ending with the knowledge that my sister had visited her just the
day before. I only learned when I arrived at her place that
she'd just passed away. I've heard from near-death experience
researchers, such as PMH Atwater, that people often do experience full
life reviews after they die, sometimes including perspectives and
viewpoints from the point of view of others in their lives--really
feeling a kind of "ripple effect" of how our smiles, actions, kindness,
etc were felt by others in our life. With respect to other possible
lives and paths not taken--they have a kind of reality to them.
Sometimes we can feel them, and sometimes we can choose to what degree
we'd like to experience these various possibilities and branches.
lots of love,
—Cynthia
___________
Dear Cynthia,
I so enjoyed your recent
interview with Regina on Gaia. I do have a
question for you if I may: How do we navigate the
dynamics of a world gone mad without losing it ourselves?
Everything is so raw right now, and painful physically, mentally, and
spiritually. If we are beings of infinite intelligence,
then where is the reverence for our sacred life and each
other?
Kindly,
—Paula
Dear Paula,
Thanks for the beautiful question, regarding how we can navigate
through such challenging times. I love the way your question
includes the idea of reverence for our sacred life and each other,
since choosing this is the key to finding and keeping goodness in our
lives. I like the idea of revhumanism, which provides us with
an alternative to losing our sense of the intrinsic goodness we are,
and the intrinsic goodness in Nature. Revhumanism is a
philosophy of harmoniously living and co-creating with a living,
developing Cosmos, with reverence for the Earth, and other beings.
The Latin "rev" relates to ideas of reviving, regaining, recalling, and
growing strong and young again. "Rev" also stands for reverence: a
quality that inspires us to live up to our truly highest potential of
seeing and respecting the inspiration, light, and consciousness that
all of creation shares. Revhumanism invites humans to return to
honoring the Earth as the source of life and sustenance.
Revhumanism involves relating with reverence, humility, and empathy
with others, with the Earth, and with the Cosmos, inviting us to
actuate high-level sovereign agency. We can regain these
qualities through intention, assisted by meditation and/or prayer and
time appreciating plants, animals, and humans while choosing to feel
and share kindness, joy, and love. We can be the change we need
to see in the world. http://www.realityshifters.com/pages/revhumanism.html
