How to Create a Reality Shifting Gratitude
Journal
There is something marvelous that
happens when writing down good dreams, daydreams, what you are looking
forward to and hoping might happen, and what you are truly grateful for.
What happens is that as you write it down, the positive focus of energy you
are feeling helps make it happen.
Three Key Components: Gratitude, Dreams, Plans
The key components to successful RealityShifters journals is that they
contain all positive, uplifting content with gratitude and appreciation for
what's happened, dreams and daydreams you have today, and plans you look
forward to in the future.
There are three main types of things to write in a RealityShifters Journal,
and what they all have in common is that just thinking about them makes you
feel terrific: What's happened that you're grateful for, what you're
dreaming and daydreaming about right now, and what you're planning for the
future. Your RealityShifters Journal brings positive energy into your past,
present and future through your positive feelings about the posts,
sketches, and drawings you include, and you use special colors or symbols
to indicate which posts are which as you go along. I like to draw clouds
around dreams and daydreams, for example, so later on when I look back
through old RealityShifters Journals I can see what was going through my
mind at the time.
Write it Down, Make it Happen
One of my favorite things about RealityShifters Journals is that very
often, what I write down in my RealityShifters Journal comes true, often
within that same year. Some things I have written down that came true after
having dreamed or daydreamed them are: going on a European vacation with my
daughters, and getting a free Apple laptop computer. There is something
fabulous about the positive energy in RealityShifters Journals, so that
just having it present and active in one's life seems to help open doors to
wonderful new possibilities where there were no doors before.

Choosing Your Journal
The best RealityShifters journal is one you'll use, and you're most likely
to use a journal you enjoy holding and writing things in. My favorite kind
of RealityShifters journal is a datebook made by BrushDance, and it
features a spiral binding and heavy-duty cardboard covers, so it's easy to
open and write in. I love the cardboard tabs separating each month, and the
month-at-a-glance page at the beginning of each month that lets me easily
write down dates I'm looking forward to, and short notes about wonderful
things that have already taken place.
Where to Keep Your Journal
Having a special place to keep your RealityShifters Journal is a good idea,
and if you like, you can place it in a prosperity section of your room or
home in order to further energize everything you most love. If you have a
special place for your journal in the southeast corner of a room, that's
ideal, but any place of honor that you can see and access regularly can
work splendidly.
