How Good Can it Get?

Transform Worry into
Wonder
“If uncertainty is unacceptable to you,
it turns into fear.
If it is perfectly acceptable,
it turns into increased aliveness,
alertness, and creativity.”
― Eckhart Tolle
There is a kind of grace possible for those who accept what happens in
life, with awareness that the only unchanging certainty is change itself.
With such an attitude, it's possible to glide and roll through uncertain
times.
I am grateful that I had the experience of practicing deep listening while
participating in Language of Spirit Bohmian dialogue events initiated by
physicist David Bohm, Leroy Little Bear, and Dan Moonhawk Alford. These
dialogues provided me with a profound first-hand experience of accepting
uncertainty in the process of listening to someone speak until they were
“talked out.” I was profoundly transformed by
experiencing a feeling of how a group of people listening deeply could
become as one with each person speaking. I noticed how when each speaker
began, I would listen past the point where people typically tend to listen,
and past the point of my mind wandering, and past the point of my inner
skeptic mind-chatter. I would listen beyond all my well-prepared possible
responses, and finally end up listening to a place where the specific issue
being described began to feel as if it were my own. This was remarkable,
since the speakers were often describing issues that were completely
foreign to me, and well beyond my personal experience. Through this
experience of deep listening, I gained awareness of a new level of
being-ness that is possible for each of us, when we refrain from busying
our minds with planning our next words. And I was truly amazed to find
that by engaging with one another and the Cosmos through deeply listening,
we can attain a state of awe and wonder, above the sorrows, worries, and
anger of daily life. And from this place of reverent wonder, we can
sometimes realize that we can receive a great deal more than we might have
ever thought possible.
These definitely are 'interesting times' for many of us, not just in terms
of the personal challenges we each face, but also for the yawning void of
relevant news which is inexplicably ignored by mainstream media. I
witnessed this while seeking ways to treat longhaul covid that I and
millions of other people around the world are healing from, when I observed
that few key aspects of our experience was covered by mainstream news.
While I might have thought that a lack of longhaul covid news coverage was
just a one-off, this past month, I heard from a friend via social media
that he and his family were facing starvation due to lack of medical care
and basic supplies. I did some sleuthing, and discovered that indeed,
millions of Ethiopians are currently at risk of starvation—yet I
have not yet seen this story given much news coverage at all. I remember a
time when Walter Cronkite and mainstream news actually seemed to give a
darn--both about providing true information about world events, and also
for encouraging people to care. This is a time when even such a
devastating illness as COVID19 is taking a backseat to the equally pressing
harsh realities of war, lack of medical care, and starvation. Ethiopia may
not be a world economic super-power, but it's people and their lives
matter. Fortunately, just sending a few dollars is something each of us
can do that will directly make a huge positive difference now. And
please share this with anyone you think might like to help. If you only
donate to one GoFundMe this month, please let it be this one:

It occurs to me that each of us might be aware of rather meaningful news
stories that might potentially positively impact many others. Fortunately,
we are now living in times when there exist many opportunities to be the
changes we wish to see in the world. We can respect and listen to others
as we would like to be respected and heard. We can care about others the
way we'd like to be cared for. We can be kind to everyone, with
appreciation that each person is dealing with all kinds of things, and
hopefully doing their best. And we can share news that we might be
uniquely positioned to know about, in times when corporate profits and
corporate interests seem to be controlling our mainstream news.
My favorite question, "How good can it get?" provides an open-ended
invitation to welcome opportunities we've not previously encountered, and
experience perspectives we've not yet fully considered. We've reliably
witnessed some truly amazing reality shifts over the past twenty plus years
of reporting them in RealityShifters,

changes we've witnessed, I welcome you to browse through a few issues, and

Time and Quantum Indeterminancy
4 Oct 2021
7 minutes
ve been greatly enjoying reading physicist Carlo Rovelli's book, "The Order
of Time." One of the most pervasive assumptions about time is that there
exists a "now" that all other observers experience similarly. Rovelli
starts his book by carefully destroying our long-standing presumptions
about time moving at an even pace through all space. He does this
elegantly, by providing clear-cut examples, such as the fact that time
passes more quickly in the mountains than at sea level. Carlo Rovelli
points out that our naive sense of time is based on an illusion.
Rovelli's approach to providing an interpretation of quantum physics is
known as loop quantum gravity, in which spacetime itself is understood to
be granular, a fine structure woven from loops. Previous attempts
to describe time have not truly managed to overcome its intrinsically
illusory nature, including Isaac Newton’s idea of a universally
ticking clock, nor Albert Einstein’s relativistic
space-time. With regard to Newton's view, we now understand that
our experience of time must be fundamentally relativistic, based on where
we are in relationship to others. Einstein presented a concept of
time as is merely being a fourth dimension, alongside the three spatial
dimensions of height, width, and depth--and Einstein also pointed out that
there is nothing special about ‘now’; and
‘past’ and ‘future’ are not
always well defined, so,for example, due to this malleability of spacetime,
it's entirely possible that two events might happen in different 'before'
and 'after' sequence when viewed by different observers. https://youtu.be/tk-iMwy2riY

Can We See Quantum Phenomena?
4 Oct 2021
8 minutes
One of the common assumptions about some of the 'weirdest' aspects of
quantum phenomena, is that we don't need to be concerned with it, since it
happens in the realm of the very, very, astonishingly small. Our everyday
life experience tells us that macroscopic systems obey classical physics,
and we've even received reassurances from brilliant physicists that we need
not concern ourselves with the possibility of quantum effects in daily
life. It's understandable that we then naturally expect that
quantum mechanics must reproduce classical mechanics results in the
macroscopic range--which is known as "the correspondence principle," that
physicist Niels Bohr established in 1920. Proponents of
this premise have presumed for the past century that any transition from
quantum mechanics to classical mechanics operates according to a kind of
coarse-graining mechanism, whereby measurements performed on macroscopic
systems that have limited resolution, and are unable to resolve individual
microscopic particles will behave classically. As discussed in my
book, Quantum Jumps: scientists now confirm we can see quantum phenomena at
macroscopic scale! "It is amazing to have quantum rules at the macroscopic
scale. We just have to measure fluctuations, deviations from expected
values, and we will see quantum phenomena in macroscopic systems." https://youtu.be/TQYXZ_D7TvE

Joanne Woodward Alive Again for Third Time
Silvia
New York, USA
I got an interesting update in regard celebrity and Mandela
effect! Or at least for me. Lol. As you are aware that I have either
emailed and/or commented under your YouTube videos in regard to Jerry
Stiller and Joanne Woodward. Jerry Stiller you remembered more than Joanne
Woodward, yet when I shared the Mandela effect, you also remembered yet
Joanne was more vague. I remembered telling you a couple of months ago that
I was surprised Joanne Woodward had only recently died with Alzheimers, as
I remember her having had died years before, and that she had a sharp mind
all the way until the end of her life. Although you were vague in memory on
her previous death report, you remembered hearing of her death before and
agreed with me how it was probably an example of the Mandela effect. Well
here is the interesting part: it turns out that while watching a video
yesterday, I was surprised to hear that Joanne is still alive and yet still
with Alzheimers. 'Still alive', I thought. And I had to google first, as
it was only recently that she died before this current Mandela effect. It
appears that she is still alive. This is my FIRST time experiencing this
Mandela effect with the death of a celebrity more than twice. At least with
Jerry that I only experienced the news of his death two times. It feels
almost like repeated deja vu, yet even with deja vu where typically the
scenario feels the same, not similar in regard how or when they die.
Question: What is your take on it now that it is three times?
Note from Cynthia: Thanks for sharing with me your recent
experience that Joanne Woodward was reported as having died twice now, and
you've just noticed she's alive again. Most of the "alive again"
variety of Mandela Effects and reality shifts that have been reported so
far to RealityShifters involve a person being alive again just one time,
with two observed deaths--when such things are noticed. There are far fewer
reports (so far) of people being observed alive again twice, with one would
expect--a third reported death at some future point in time. So my
take on this is that this provides us with an excellent opportunity to sit
up and take notice of a very special type of flip-flopping reality shift/
Mandela Effect, in which you have now witnessed several points of
discontinuity between possible realities, going back and forth between ones
where Joanne Woodward is alive and where she is dead. If we wonder
what is going on, and are open to envisioning that we likely exist in a
relational cosmos, where no apparently "solid" matter is every truly solid
unless and until observers relate to it, then we can truly marvel in wonder
at how it might be that some of us can at various points observe someone
alive or dead--and back again. Apparently, there are no limitations
upon what kind of Mandela Effect flip-flops we can experience.

Had to share. Maybe a coincidence but I doubt it. Last week
I was on Interstate 35, positioned in the middle of three lanes, and behind
a big truck which was blocking my view of the highway ahead. Suddenly the
traffic came to a complete standstill. I35 is infamous for wrecks and long
traffic jams, some lasting hours. After about 5 minutes, and with my car
being low on gas, I thought of you and Reality Shifts. I then
telepathically said, “I want this to move,” and I
visualized it happening. In a heartbeat ALL three lanes of traffic began
moving SIMULTANEOUSLY! Never have I seen vehicles across three lanes and a
especially a truck (which always takes longer to get moving), begin to move
at the same time and matching speed, it is always staggered. This was
incredible. And as the traffic moved it kept on moving, never slowed down
or stopped again. I kept looking for what caused the jam but never
saw anything, not a wreck, not a stranded motorist, nothing! I thought,
wow, we really can manifest a different reality!
How good can it get? It can get very good!!
Note from Cynthia: What a delightful reality shift experience
this was! We sometimes get similar freeway slow-downs here in
California, so I can easily relate to your awe at witnessing all three
lanes of traffic simultaneously begin to move--immediately after you
clearly intended that you needed, wanted, and would love for this to be the
case. There's truly something powerful in being of one mind in such
fashion, and I completely believe you that this happened, having witnessed
similarly remarkable "coincidences" many times. Thank you for
sharing such a superb experience!
Laney the Cat / Dog
Michelle
Adelaide, South Australia
I had a very strange experience a couple of years ago. The
neighbours had a cat called Laney. She was a beautiful cat that used to
visit me quite often. One day I noticed that I hadn't seen Laney for a
while. I asked the neighbours if she was alright because she hadn't visited
me for quite some time. They looked at me puzzled and said, "Laney is our
dog (golden retriever). We have never had a cat called Laney" I tried not
to looked shocked as I politely excused myself. I then raced home and
looked through my phone to see if I had a photo of her. I still do! At
least I still have that in this new reality. I don't know how, but I do. I
have had A LOT of experiences of reality shifting, but this has by far been
the strangest. Initially I thought I was going crazy, because I
specifically remembered when I first met Laney. She was in
my neighbour's front yard. He was outside watering. I
asked him if it was his cat, to which he replied yes, and that her name was
Laney. We chatted for a while and I told him about how she would often
visit my house.
If it wasn't for my partner, who was equally as shocked as I was, I think I
would have struggled with Laney's disappearance a lot more. My
partner wasn't living with me at the time, but used to visit every weekend
and had personally met Laney "the cat” and also met Laney "the
dog," and still can't believe what happened.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you so much for sharing your photo of
Laney--what a sweetheart she was! And what a fascinating type of
reality shift this is. One thing that is consistent with most
reality shifts and Mandela Effects is a kind of "plausible deniability" or
"uncertainty" with regard to some aspect of any kind of physical evidence
or "residue." From a quantum physics perspective, it makes sense
that if we're to see any kind of carry-over physical evidence, such as a
photograph, there will be some plausible rationalization. In the
case of this photograph, where your neighbors currently state they had a
dog named Laney, impartial observers could easily accept the possible
explanation that some other neighbor must have had this cat, who you
thought was the "Laney" pet cat. I find this super fascinating,
since it seems this is why we often find "reality residue" for Mandela
Effects such as Haas avocados in the form of something that could be
attributed to a person typing or writing the name the way they think it
should be, which some could just call an error. Only those of use
who remember Haas avocados and a cat named "Laney" would still be shaking
our heads, and saying, "No, something really has changed." That's
wonderful that you remember when you first met Laney, and really comforting
that your partner remembers Laney as a cat, too. And it must feel
really weird to have met both "Laney" the cat, and "Laney" the dog,
especially since officially there was only Laney the dog.
Song that Doesn't Exist
Nancy
Lexington, Kentucky, USA
I'm not sure if this is a reality shift or not, maybe the
song is out of print. I've tried looking on the lyric websites, but
can't find it. In 1988 and 1989, when I was in junior high school, I
participated in a choral workshop at the University of
Kentucky. 10 students from 25 junior high schools in Lexington
were chosen. I still remember the titles of some of the
songs we sang: Send Down the Rain, Hoedown, If You Say My Eyes are
Beautiful. There is one song that I can't remember the title of,
but just the other day, I could hear it playing in my head and remember the
lyrics:
Basses/baritones/tenors- Alleluia
Altos-Alleluia
Sopranos-Alleluia
whole choir-Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice!
(Repeat Alleluia)
(Repeat Rejoice)
Sing it out from the mountaintops, Freedom is the call
Sing it out from the mountaintops, listen one and all
Sing it out from the mountaintops, freedom is for all
Basses/Baritones/tenors- Freedom
Altos-Freedom
Sopranos-Freedom
Light My way
(repeat Freedom)
Light today
(repeat freedom)
Rescue Me
(repeat freedom)
Darkness flee
(repeat Alleluia 3 times)
(whole choir at the end) ALLELUIA!
Note from Cynthia: With regard to trying to find a song that
doesn't seem to exist, I can totally relate to this. I've had a
similar experience trying to track down a children's illustrated book that
I read in the 1970s, and have been searching for off and on for
decades. I figure it may show up at some point, as if it was always
there--or perhaps not. I certainly can relate to your having heard
a song with lyrics you clearly remember, that now seems to have never
existed. Now, thanks to social media and websites like
realityshifters dedicated to sharing these things, we have a much better
chance of finding other people who may share our memories. And I
love the way you remember some of the lyrics from this song so clearly!
Childrens Book that Doesn't Exist
Nancy
Lexington, Kentucky, USA
I'm not sure if this is a reality shift, either. It
may just be out of print. I've tried looking up passages from it
online, but can't find it.
When I was in 5th grade in 1986 and 1987, I read a book about a boy named
Henry and a talking panda. I can't remember the name of it, but can
remember parts from it:
The panda is either from another time period, planet, or dimension.
He has seasonal allergies and eats "scooter pies", which are moon pies, to
control them.
Henry tries to hide the panda, but can't because his sneezes are so
loud. One day, when his family hears it, Henry says, "I must have
left the radio on in my room. They're having a sneezing contest on
the radio station. They had a belching contest on there last week,
and you should have heard who won!" His father tells him to turn
the radio off before he comes down to eat.
His family finds out about the panda, though, and aren't even
mad. His mother gives him a box of scooter pies.
Later on, Henry runs away with the panda because the government has found
out about him and try to get him back to where he came from. At the
end of the story, a flying saucer beams the panda up and takes him home,
and Henry never sees him again.
Sorry I don't remember any more than that; it was kind of a weird book.
Note from Cynthia: I love how clearly you can recall the details
from this children's book that apparently no longer exists, despite your
having such specific recollections regarding the plot, characters, and
various scenes. This book you describe really does sound weird, and
in that respect, it has much in common with the strange children's book
that I remember having seen in the late 1960s early 1970s, though it's a
very different book. The book I remember was odd in the sense that
the entire story was told without words, and simply with black and white
pen and ink drawings of tiny characters involved in a story that unfolded
purely in visual fashion from page to page. The children's book you
remember that now seems to have never existed is so specific, that people
search for key words including things like "panda," "scooter pie" and
"sneezing contest" could quickly find any possible matches, and that's a
good thing! It means at some point, we may find other people who
also remember this children's book that now never was.
Actor Robert Morse Died in 1998?
Nancy
Lexington, Kentucky, USA
I can't even remember an exact date or how he even "died",
all I know is that the year was 1998. My parents and I were
watching the news when the story came on that he had died. My dad
was upset because he liked his work, and that he was the same age as he
was. Maybe he fell victim to the internet celebrity death hoax that
is still going on today. Thanks!
Note from Cynthia: Thanks for sharing the report of remembering
that American actors and singer, Robert Morse, died around 1998.
That's one that I don't recall, but I can see that apparently now in
September 2021, Robert Morse is alive and well, thank goodness.
Most of the reports of people being Alive Again, which is essentially how
the Mandela Effect got its name, after Nelson Mandela, occur for the very
reason that we're most likely to observe such reality shifts out in the
periphery of our attentional focus. Close friends, colleagues, and
family members who we see very often and are closely entangled with tend to
not be noticed dead and then alive again, probably because of the frequency
with which we interact with them. In quantum physics, there is
something called the Quantum Zeno Effect, which is a process by which very
frequent observations can tend to lock a quantum system in place--so that
if someone is alive, they would tend to stay alive, in this case.
Those areas not being closely observed have greater freedom in quantum
systems to fluctuate--which appears to be what we are witnessing in cases
of celebrities being noted as deceased, such as I noticed the actor Larry
Hagman having died, and I mention this in my book, Reality Shifts, first
published in the 1990s. If this had been the first official such
report and if people around the world were as amazed as I was that Larry
Hagman was back alive, we might today have the "Hagman Effect," rather than
the "Mandela Effect."
Hi Cynthia,
You have changed your appearance a great amount in one year. Cynthia with
your we never know if you did a shift into a different body or the
traditional way. Possible some of both. Just keep them guessing. How Good
can it get ?
—E Rex
Dear E,
Well, I've gone from feeling that I'd aged about 30 years to feeling that
each week I'm feeling healthier and better, so I am certain that difference
shows in my photos. I was quite ill with longhaul covid back in
late August 2020, and by late August 2021, just one year later, I'd cleared
the recovery hurdle of being relapse free for many months. Yes,
indeed, let's keep sending blessings to ourselves and others, staying
focused on knowing it's time to experience just how good it can get!
lots of love,
—Cynthia
___________
Hi Cynthia,
I have a quick question if you have time?. Rather than quantum jumping and
moving from one reality to another, do you think it's possible to build a
bridge and anchor a "more positive" reality here in
this timeline? Would this then affect multiple timelines of more
polarized possibilities in a more positive way? I hope what I
am asking is making sense? The reason I ask is because in the past I have
learnt certain kinetic type abilities (aerokinesis, telekinesis) in out of
body states, and then brought them here because I seem to have created a
pathway to it, the actual feeling of it.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_5QriqXKfroXCiQuBSLxn5miPASQxi3q
I don't know the science of quantum physics, so I am wondering if this is
actually a possibility?
My Aboriginal friend and I have considered walking the land to try to find
energy vortexes, and then visualise, feel and pull through/anchor a more
positive reality here. Much like what I did with the kinetics. I just don't
know if that is the right thing to do? Or is it better to shift?
I look forward to hearing from you if you have time. With much love and
appreciation,
—Michelle
Dear Michelle,
From what I've experienced, it seems to me that rather than there being any
given Objective (or primary) timeline or reality, there instead exist a
vast number of Subjective realities. Our best hopes in that case is
to do what the spiritual teachers of perennial philosophy from all the
world's great spiritual traditions and religions have been saying all
along, and focus on improving ourselves, rather than focusing "out
there." There is great advantage to all of us when each of us
chooses to live in a state of feeling love for all, yet detached from
expectations and emotional drama.
We definitely can access possible desired realities through daydreaming,
lucid dreaming, astral travel and imagination, and bring them into our
daily lives. When we know we need, love, and can visualize certain
realities, we absolutely can bring them into our lives. The
anchoring we are capable of doing is essentially happening within each of
us. And to the degree each of us are connected with one another, we are
helping to anchor positive realities for all of us, which is very important
to do right now in these chaotic (and long-predicted) times of what some
call Kali Yuga.
lots of love,
—Cynthia
___________
Dear Cynthia,
Hello again Cynthia and thanks again for taking the time to explain the
concepts. These are some really mind bending concepts that are
sometimes tough to get a handle on. I believe I thoroughly
understand everything you explained, and I understand that two different
observers having the same experience could experience it differently.
In the case of the two people with the boiling water, as you mentioned, one
observer could see the event as not actually happening which could alter
the outcome. But I was wondering if that's the case, what does that
do to the objective reality of the boiling water? If the
person pouring the water sees the event as actually occurring, but one of
the recipients of the boiling water does not, what does that mean for the
burns that person would have on their body? Does that mean
Newtonian physics breaks down and the burns no longer exist because one
observer sees it as not happening? Does this mean the pain
receptors in this person no longer fire as if boiling water is being
poured? That's what I'm having a bit of trouble
understanding. For instance if I think I can fly, but I walk off of
a cliff, gravity will teach me a harsh lesson about reality regardless of
the reality I'm living in my head! :-) Thank you for the info on the
replication crisis. That's additional info I'm eager to read about.
Thanks again for being so generous with your time and for explaining these
concepts in detail. Your concepts open up so many more doors that
need to be explored. The possibility that there may not be
an objective reality is something I will have to dive into much deeper to
understand. It certainly would explain the cause of Mandela
Effects. Something is causing this phenomenon and I will
continue to follow your organization and your work for answers in the
future.
—Tad
Dear Tad,
Well, the key idea here is what's truly meant by Subjective (versus
Objective) reality. We take the idea of objectivity so much for
granted that we tend to run into serious difficulty properly conceiving
what Subjective reality implies. What it implies is
paradigm-shaking--it's huge. It implies that many things such as
I've been writing about and reporting on for the past couple of decades are
literally and truly happening, in which some people hear or see something,
and the person right next to them hears or sees something different.
It also includes such cases as people seeing reports that I'd died, and
then being surprised and delighted to see I was still alive. So the
key concept here is that if there are such things as Subjective realities,
then there is no Objective reality.
With regard to Newtonian physics, it still functions within each of the
various subjective realities--without "knowing" what's happening in the
bigger picture. Put another way, classical Newtonian logic and
physics can be viewed as a subset of the larger universal set of quantum
logic and physics.
It's possible for every observer in any given scenario to experience their
own unique reality. We tend to assume that there is one Objective
reality, since it seems that there is so much shared consensus
reality. This may be the case precisely because we are social
beings, and are so concerned with the way others see ourselves and the
world. And yes, I realize I'm currently mostly alone in having
these views of reality; even many experiencers of reality shifts, quantum
jumps and the Mandela Effect also tend to presume that there exists a
larger Objective reality. In case you're interested, I wrote and presented
a paper on this topic about quantum logic and it's relationship to
classical logic and classical physics, with an illustration and references
and sources to quantum physics research work describing what I mean about
how these two relate to one another, and a bit about what the implications
are:
Hi Cynthia,
I'm so glad you're doing better now. You have assisted so many people,
including myself. I don't know you in person here, but I feel like I know
you for sure from another place somewhere. Thank you for staying with us.
Love,
—Alicia
Dearest Alicia,
Thank you for your beautiful message to me, which has touched my
heart! I know what you mean about feeling we know people when we've
actually just met--this happens to me with many people, especially those
interested in metaphysical topics.

TruthBubble:
Navigating Realms of Reality
and Our Societal Shift from Fear to Love
by Roger Kenneth Marsh
Roger Kenneth Marsh's paradigm-shifting suggestion that we
exist in subjective realities, or 'TruthBubbles' stimulates an exhilarating
journey of self discovery that brings us face-to-face with--and helps us
overcome--our fears. Not only can we expand and transform our personal
TruthBubbles to best thrive in our own unique ways, but we can also better
respect and appreciate the freedom of others to do the same. While this
inspires the best kind of world-changing revolution from the inside out,
TruthBubble's greatest contribution is its invitation to humanity to rise
above petty fear-based limitations, toward a middle way of harmonious,
balanced evolution of consciousness.
